Facebook? I’ll pass… (no 2)

I came across an interesting article today, highly related to my recent post on Facebook. Two important quotes from there read “Facebook, LinkedIn and other social networking sites have become the top tool for hiring IT staff, a new survey among recruitment companies reveals” and “Candidates often reveal far more about themselves on these sites than they would do on the phone or in interview”. Now is it black or white (or maybe grey)?
