It was the year 2005, when a classmate, from a far away land, came up with the nickname TheBigC as my real name, Cωνσtantίnoς, seemed to be impossible for him to pronounce.PhD Student at Stockholm University, guest researcher at the Swedish Defense Research Agency (FOI), as well as, culinary explorer with avid traveling & cooking passion, which gave birth to World of flavors. By nature an Aristotelian political animal, but above all, a citizen of the world!
